Despite the rain, wind and mud, Breachwood took the the lead in the cup tie after 15 minutes when Harrison nodded home a Gardner corner kick.
Danny Jefferies nearly added a second, hitting the bar from range but Peartree also came close when a shot from range hitting the Lion's post.
Michael Weeks found plently of space on the right with a great understanding with David Farr, enabling Weeks to pepper the Peartree box with dangerous crosses, almost picking our Canning.
Early in the 2nd half Danny Jefferies finished off a great midfield move including Hearne & Captain Dye, slotting home from just inside the Peartree box.
Danny Jefferies scored Breachwood's third with a direct freem kick from just outside the box, striking the ball out of reach into the far top corner of the net.
Peartree nearly pulled one back after hitting the post for the second time.
Jordan and Gardner had combined well on the left all game, this time Gardner carried the ball deep into the Peartree half before crossing to Canning who wasted no time in shooting low into the corner of the Peartree goal for four nil.
John Griffin replaced David Farr on the right and soon joined in the mud bath.
Breachwood could of added to their tally with glanced header from Dye and Hearne unable to take advantage of an almost open goal.
Andy Fildes was the Managers Man of the Match for a solid display at centre half.
