Starting Eleven: French, Fildes, Turkentine, Jordan, D.Farr, Hearne, D.Dye(C), D.Jefferies, Gardner, Canning, Burnage.
Breachwood started well with David Farr at right back linking well with Jefferies and Canning in midfield. Burnage had an early chance saved by the keeper.
However Piper scored after ten minutes with a strike from the edge of the box.
Undeterred Breachwood played some of the best football they had played all season with good passing movements. Centre backs Fildes and Turkentine were strong in the air at the back inspiring a confidence to the rest of the team.
Despite having a great game in midfield Hearne's shot from six yards went over the bar.
Ten minutes from half time, Gardner received the ball on the left and battled through two defenders into the Piper box before launching his shot into the back of the net.
The score was 1-1 at half time.
Ten minutes into the second half, Pied Piper scored to take the lead again after attacking down the right wing and cutting into the box.
Capt Dye was instrumental second half as the Lion's continued to roar forward trying to bring the tie back level.
Pete Jordan was a great outlet for French on the left for Breachwood to start another attack.
The best Lion's chance of the second half fell to Danny Jefferies when he ran in from the left wing before firing a low shot across goal forcing the Piper keeper to turn the ball round for a corner.
With twenty minutes to go Harrison replaced Hearne.
Canning was full of forceful running to create a couple of shooting opportunites.
Five minutes before the end Griffin replaced Gardner suffering with cramp.
Harrison tried a high shot from eighteen yards. In the end the Lion's ran out of time trying to force the tie into extra time, Pied Piper go through to the next round winning 2-1.
