Lion's Eleven: Gardner, French, Hill, Jordan, Pearson, Fildes, I.Turkentine, D.Dye(C), Burnage, Canning, Harrison.
Despite playing some good football through midfield on a fast surface, the rain soaked Lion's were 2 nil down halfway through the first half.
Breachwood got back into the game before halftime with a succession of corners. Fildes managed to whip the ball in from the right wing to Harrison on the six yard line to volley into the roof of the net for 2-1
Adam Jefferies, Danny Jefferies and Stuart Turkentine came on to great affect in the 2nd half.
Danny Jefferies met a cross pulled back from the by line to head the ball in under the crossbar for 2-2
The Lion's succumbed to another Lilley counter attack as they snatch a win with a third goal, but a good Breachwood performance.
Thanks again to our die hard supporters who turned up to watch in the downpour.

PSF Lion's 0 v 3 JAP
Lion's starting eleven: Gardner, P.Farr, French, Hill, Marlow, I.Turkentine, Fildes, Pearson, Jordan, Canning (C) , Harrison.
Lion's had a good start to the game. Canning had a shot from range. Turkentine came closest after some quick interlinking play on the right wing that finished with a shot from outside the box. It dipped beating the keeper but not the crossbar, unfortunately.
A quick JAP team managed to score before half time, displaying their Premiership credentials.
In the second half. John and Burnage replaced Harrison and P.Farr
Although the Lion's rattled the woodwork twice more, one of which was a speculative lob from Hill, JAP were more clinical in finding the net twice more.
Despite the result, it was another good fitness strengthening run out for the team.
Another big thank you to our supporters who turned out in the rain!
