Keeper Graham French had to dive full stretch to turn the ball round the post from a shot from an Emperor substitute.
After winning a free kick, Harrison got a header on a Fildes free kick only to see it come back off the bar.
Emperors second goal came when the long ball beat Lion's defence and Goodyear lobbed the ball high over French.
Burnage and Gardner drove foward, as Breachwood desperately tried to get a consolation goal in the closing minutes.
